When we talk about weight loss diet, we usually think about food.
However drinks can ruin even the most perfect meal plan too.










Around Christmas we are prone to indulge not just in food but in drinks as well.
The weight related problem with alcohol that it is high in calories (7 kcal/g) and instead of filling us up it just makes an appetite.We go easy saying it is only once a year - a small glass of Baileys, one or more glasses of wine, some soft drinks and a little Port...
